How would you care for this terrarium?

I am a plant lover but haven't ever had a terrarium before. I want my first try to go well. How would you care for this terrarium? I don't know the plant species (it was a gift) and I'm not familiar with how the dome affects the watering.

So I'm wondering:

  1. How often should I water?
  2. Does it need any spring water or would it be ok with tap?
  3. Would it be best to mist it or water it like a potted plant?
  4. What species of plant are these?
  5. Will I need to repot any time soon or will these grow slowly?
  6. Is there anything else I should know?

Thank you all!!

Reposting because I forgot to add the pictures!!

Hi everyone,
Today I went to get an ultrasound for some new nipple dimpling and inversion. They hit me with a “oh…let me get the doctor” blank stare and then walked out. The doctor comes in and tells me it’s very suspicious and there is a 1.2cm mass in my left breast. It’s right under the nipple which i guess is how it was undetected when i was feeling for a mass. They labeled it a BI-RAD 4C (a spiculated mass) and did a biopsy shortly after. Now I’m sitting at home freaking out about getting the results back.

I’m 26 with no family history of cancer so my PCP said it’s unlikely it’ll come back as cancer but i know that BI-RAD 4C is a high likelihood of the biopsy coming back positive for cancer.

Does anyone have a similar case? Was it benign or malignant?

Also, if anyone has advice on how to tell friends and family that they have cancer (if it does come back positive) I’d love to know. That’s the part giving me the most anxiety right now.
