I have seen so many pretty and unique custom press ons on people streams and I wanted to ask if anyone knew a good place to look for a wholesale supplier?
I am super interested in starting to sell press ons nails but I haven’t been able to find a good supplier in my own research. If anyone has any insight, anything would be appreciated!

Can someone please dumb down how flat rate shipping works for Whatnot?
I have read a couple things and I just feel like I am so confused about it. I am primarily worried about packages over 5lbs. I plan to sell women’s clothes at low starts so I imagine I would encounter orders that end up being over 5 pounds.
If anyone has any good tips, tricks, or insights if you suggest anything other than flat rate please let me know!
I have an interview for an AGM position this week and I am seriously interested in the role.
I have worked in the massage and wellness industry for almost 4 years and I have been an AGM at my current spa for almost a year. It is exhausting! I feel like I am always on call for my front desk and massage therapists and there are so many upset clients. When I worked front desk, I didn’t get paid enough to care. But now, it is my monkey AND my circus.
I guess my question is for anyone who has experience managing a Club Pilates, how stressful is the job? I understand all management is bound to have some levels of stress, but what I am going through right now is really bumming me out. I am sure the position varies from location to location as well. Any and all insight is helpful!
