I was robbed yesterday around 9:15 PM inside Kroger. A black male ran up and snatched my brown Lululemon bag from my cart, then ran out of the store. He had a getaway driver who was driving a white Toyota. This was the Kroger on 1690 Powder Springs Rd, SW, Marietta 30064. Stay safe ladies!
I am leaving the country due to a family emergency and may be unemployed for a while. I have been paying my Sallie Mae private student loan for the past four years and have never missed a payment, but it feels like my balance has barely gone down.
Now that I may not have a job or income, I'm worried about how I will continue making payments. I don't want to default, and I also don't want the balance to keep increasing because of interest.
What options should I look into with Sallie Mae? Has anyone been in a similar situation, especially while living outside the U.S.?
Any advice would be appreciated.
