Hello everyone!

I hope you can help me. As the title suggests, I am trying to get an appointment with AIMA to obtain my Permanent Residence card as an EU citizen. MY CRUE has expired and since I've been more than 5 years, I'm eligible.

I have trying everything, through the portal via this link and the online form it suggest therein (always getting an error although I am going through the right path according to ChatGPT), I called the number that's there which tell me to go via the online portal, and even sent an email but nothing (no response for over a month now).

How can I secure that appointment? Any suggestions/advice is welcome. Thanks!
