I have a number of transatlantic flights coming up over the next 6 months (4 round trips).

In your experience, are the benefits meaningful with Aer Lingus tiers?

I ask because there is no Premium Economy, and flying flex feels like a waste of money (because there are change fees if the price of the flights do not match) - to sit in the same seat in coach.
