hi there!! ive had a velowave prado s for about a week and, due to some poor road grading in my city (going from new road to old road on what was basically an unmarked curb), the front wheel fork got totally stripped and the axle wont even hold on one side anymore, has this happened to anybody else/does anybody have any ideas on what to do? thanks in advance!

im already trying to get in contact with velowave about the warranty
