Pacha NYC - Brooklyn Update May 2026

I wrote before about The Brooklyn Mirage Pacha NYC. Since I last looked at the Department of Buildings filings, there are a few new updates, and if you've seen some pics and videos, you've seen that the screen is being constructed and that new asphalt has been put down. Also, new urinals and toilets will be installed, exciting news! /s,

But the really important news is that the Pre-Temporary Place of Assembly Certificate has appeared, so they're expecting an inspection soon. You usually want to file a TPA as early as 10 days in NYC to get your certificate.
