Printhead Damage/Leaking?

Printhead Damage/Leaking?

Not enough experience in what damaged items look like, but running into print quality problems. Does this look normal, or am I looking at an issue here worthy of contacting support? If so, what is the issue, damaged head and/or tank leaking? Thank you for your help!

Dimples in white ink printing

Continued trouble shooting with ink issues, I printed a white only test, stripe start at 1 “1” hit of white, up to 10 “10” hits of white. Upon review it looks like each strip contains a flurry of dimples in the print. Didn’t see anything online specifically about this.

In the last two days trying to bring my prints back to standard quality that was produced when first unboxed, I have flushed to every degree more times than I can count, and test printed for color correction more than I care to acknowledge.

Machine is used daily, maintained, and respected, so no downtime in usage which would leave ink sitting.

Anyone know what this is, what causes it, and most important, how to fix it?

Damaged Print Head?

All of a sudden I am getting a massive color vibrancy loss which came after I started getting prints with uncured UV ink and a messy “washed look of what seems to be either white and/or gloss ink only. Print heads are sold out on the site, I have eufycare, but worried they are not equipped with stock to replace. I’ve done all the different flash cleaning cycles, some more than once, a full reinstall of software and a factory reset of the printer, and countless calibration test prints that seem to be okay to my eye as far as ink vibrancy, no broken bars (only one missing bar in white on black, and one missing bar of gloss on gray. Also have done the 3 month maintenance clean, scraper and air filter replacement. Machine stays on 24/7. Have never missed a cleaning/maintenance cycle.

TLDR damaged print head, new to what they would look like, anyone know if this is a result of a bad print head and/or something else?
