Getting HRT as a Foreigner

I think I will be going to QLD for a working holiday. I have heard you don't need proof for being trans in Australia and you just book an appointment with a GP that does informed consent HRT, but I am not entirely sure if this applies to foreigners. Also sorry if it sounds stupid, but I am from a country where you can just walk into any hospital and have am appointment so I am not exactly familiar with Australia's medical system. Thank you in advance!

  1. As a foreigner, do I need documented proof for prior prescription of HRT or the psychological diagnosis papers for proofing I am transgender?

  2. My diagnosis paper has ADHD and ASD(Asperger's) included on it. Would this affect my ability to get HRT?

  3. I heard there is a huge wait list. Would this apply to me as a foreigner? Also, how much time should I expect between an appointment being made and actually visiting the doctor?

How do you organize mod folders

New to Sims 4 (returned). I started adding ccs and mods and I tried to organize them but it seems that after a few folders deep, they stop working. How am I supposed to organize them if they stop working when I make subfolders? How does anyone even organize their folders when this happens?

I am also unsure how I am supposed to organize them. I'd love to see them by category but also that would be such a pain to organize and update, the last time I did Sims 4 I stopped playing because an update broke all my mods. So I would like to keep it easier to update, but I can't do that when I sort by category because I would not know the maker and how to search for the CC, and for sets with multiple CCs it is even more of a pain because I would nog know which item I need to update.

Didn't know I'd feel dysphoric trying to get an appointment for top surgery

Apparently I need to be at least 3 months on T to get an appointment for this hospital because they're 'a men's hospital and treat men'. When I heard it I felt so utterly devastated. I wish I could've done T sooner. I'm still not on T. I envy people that can do HRT, I envy people that had the support from their environment that went on T early or had hormone blockers. I just wish I was born a man.

New to Siege, Don't know what these statistics mean

So I started Siege about 2 weeks ago, and this is basically the first proper multiplayer FPS I've played on PC

Is KOST something like K/D? And what is considered a good KOST/win rate?

Also to get better do I just... practice? Play more matches until I get it?
