Thinking of using Robinhood margin @ 4.8% variable to finance R2.

I understand the risk but this would be a small percent of my portfolio so not too worried if market goes down by half.

I'd like to keep my monthly payments low (interest payments only).

Curious if anyone did it?

Any gotchas to know about?

Yes, I can afford to pay in full but I'd rather grow the money at a higher rate of return.
