S22 Stuck in a reboot loop - time to get a new phone?

First post on reddit but I'm all out of options here!

As of yesterday my S22 phone which I've had for almost 3 years now has started to fail to the point of being unusable.

It has gone into a 'reboot loop' where it powers on, goes onto the Samsung screen, and then powers off. It will reboot once every 5-10 seconds. Force restarting (holding power and volume down) doesn't work. Entering recovery mode (power and volume up) only gives me the options to restart, power off, or factory reset! I've managed factory reset the phone and I am still having the same issue. I thought it started to behave again as I managed to setup the phone and began using it again, but the reboot cycle has returned! It's become very unreliable and frustrating.

I have taken the phone to a repair shop and they quoted me £210 as they believe its a motherboard issue. Is it worth getting the repair or just getting a new phone at this point? Or is there anything else I can do that I haven't tried yet?

Edit: Phone has fully died as of this morning! It won't power on and it won't charge, will be getting a new phone today
