I upgrade my Amazing Avengers to g21 when they first came out and gave them orange iso when that came out. I also powered up all my iron raiders to 110 g20 purple iso lvl 5 when that team came out. Why tf am I being screwed out of rewards and punished for spending to build teams the devs told us we would need for trepidition raids. At this point im convinced the devs dont have a single braincells to share amongst themselves. Punishing spenders is the dumbest business model I have ever seen.

I started this game about a month before anniversary before the resource change. Every update I have experienced has made this games economy worse and worse. The only thing that seems to have improved is daily tower content, which even then can be way more frustrating than it is fun (spending 12 hours on omega floor 19 waiting for correct RNG is god awful design imo). I kept telling myself I would hold out until the new raid to see if they fix the game, but the removal of t4 ability orbs from raid is the final straw for me. We already barely get any gold, training mats, iso 8, gear orbs. Thank you scopely for proving that you do not value our time or money. As a regular spender of 1000-1200+ a month i will gladly leave and go play RAID shadowlegends or Star Wars Galaxies.

I love how the 7th stage of the Riot chain unlock says its the final step to reach full potential for Riot, but if you look at all 7 steps there are 0 training mats. So spending $410 and you still get the full potential of a level 1 riot how exciting!

I bought the Angel pass, Shadow Conclave, and any available shard offers for Exalted X-Men characters. I now realize there is no reason to buy characters. Sure you can get 7y/7r stars but what's the point of having any character at any star level if you still cant power them up? Even If i buy Morph and play his event sure there are training mats but thats maybe like 1 character... what about the rest of the team or teams that have come out? Every purchase feels more and more pointless.

I feel like amount of events and content this season has had is a big improvement, but the devs completely gutted and killed building teams (my personal favorite part of the game).

Anyways thats the end of my rant before I started on how miserable the f2p account is to play now lol.

Ive been trying to hold out on this age of fear to see if it gets better but im getting extremely bored and I shouldn't be. There is plenty of content I could potentially do but they have taken everything away. Hardly any power cores, no shop credits and no seasonal currency like fractals. As a newer player the biggest hit to me seems to be the shop credits.

If they would bring back the 10k daily free credits from shop I could at least build old teams like out of time and cabal and work towards events like OML, Black Cat, Classic Green Goblin, or Nova. I would have a fun reason to log in. Now I cant even work towards the basic shards for the teams required. which seem to be useless outside the character unlocks anyway.

Why dont they want us to be able to build old teams? It's not like its a big advantage. If anything being able to build older teams would mean I would have more characters I potentially want to buy gear and training mats for.

I feel like im making absolutely no progress in any mode now. Nothing to look forward too. No little dopamine hit of getting a character another star, just nothing. What can I work towards or do for fun in this game now?
