Theree a issue with my ronin when I shift gear when bike is not moving and engine has started, the bike is not shifting to neutral, if it does shift to neutral, it only shows neutral on the screen and it is not neutral cause the bike is moving when I release the clutch. That means that it's in 2nd or 1st gear but screen is showing neutral. It's a brand new bike.

For ex if I am in 1st then I upshift, nothing happens, and it still shows 1st. Then even if I apply more force, it doesn't go 2nd. Then I have to downshift again even when the screen already shows 1st, and it actually downshifts then same process.

Please help me!!
