Hey guys,

I finally booked the TVS Ronin 225 base model (black, because I am literally Batman).

Its been 10 days and haven't heard back from the dealer.

I told them I want the delivery on Raksha Bandhan, they agreed to the deadline. Still I am worried. Should I be constantly reminding them. Is there any portal or link where I can track my request.

I am buying it on EMI (50k dp) for 2 years. They said when the bike is allotted to me, they will call me for PDI. Then it will go to RTO, which will take 3-4 days and then I will get the bike. Also what should I do check during PDIs.

I saw couple of YouTube vids but just getting confused.

I asked one RM kind of guy from there showroom what's the status and what's the procedure, he seem to give like a ratta wala answer. Can anyone share their experience how this things happen?

This is the first purchase I am making and am really happy / proud of myself. Been waiting for this since 3 years (started working in 2023).

Any help is appreciated.

I was washing my TVS Ronin today, It's 2026 model a month old and I noticed every time I spun the wheel/tyre, there is a metal clicking/Ringing sound, and it was the same on both sides..

Is it normal??

Hi. I got a new RTR 160 4V (top TFT, USD, DC ABS, Single Seat) last month in Blue trim. While the machine is absolutely fantastic (it is by far the best in it's cc class among street fighters imo) I'm finding it difficult to manage it's sporty ergonomics (posture) and engine power. I learned bike riding a month ago. Would you recommend swapping or complementing it with Ronin?

I visited a showroom in Jaipur today. This is the quotation they gave me for TVS Ronin base model black. Is handling charges justified? Do I have to pay them even If I get delivery from the showroom and not home delivery. Also they mentioned I have to buy mandatory accessories which includes saree guard, foot rest, etc for 2k. I want to know what all accessories are mandatory to buy from the showroom. Can anybody please explain the breakup of rto charges as well? I learned it's 13% in Jaipur for 225 cc bike.

Looking for a bike for daily city commutes the GTT technology seems tempting since i live in moderate to high traffic areas

I know its not a highway bike but im not interested in high speeds past 80 or 100kph

Im like 5 10 weight 56kg and im quite new to learning bikes

I know TVS service centers suffer a questionable reputation but the one ik has a confident 4.2 star rating

Whats your opinion on this bike as a first time purchase honestly i would love to hear the advice

Hi everyone,

I booked a TVS Ronin at TVS Dhiraa Motors, Ashok Pillar, Chennai and paid ₹5,000 as an advance on 22 July 2026. The showroom gave me a bill/receipt for the advance, but the receipt doesn't mention the bike name.

At the time of booking, the showroom told me the usual waiting period would be around 7 days, maximum 20 days.

It's now been 23+ days, and when I followed up, the salesperson told me that the bike build has not yet been started from TVS's side.

I'm confused about what to do now:

1. Has TVS actually paused/stopped Ronin production or dispatches?

2. Is anyone else who booked a Ronin recently facing the same delay?

3. Should I ask the showroom for a refund of my ₹5,000 and book directly through the TVS website instead?

Would really appreciate if anyone who recently bought/booked a Ronin can share their experience, especially regarding current waiting periods and production.
