Hello all,

I have 7 years of experience in Automobile sector. Right now I am in Manufacturing shop of an Automobile company, I have started my career in robotic simulation and moved to shop floor and in my current company my job role is not good. I am doing executive MBA weekend format from top institute of India.

I am trying to move into strategic roles or consulting roles even supply chain management also works for me. But problem is my resume not getting shortlisted for interview. I have modified my resume many times and applying daily to job vacancies through naukri and linkedin but no result. Please suggest me what should I do because things are not going well with me in my current organisation and I am with this organization for almost 5 years.

27M here, I don't know what is happening with me and I am not able to get proper feedback, Recently I am talking with a girl (25) and she is not giving proper replies and avoiding calls, usually one month back she calls me daily, instant replies on WhatsApp and sending reels on insta but now a days dry replies when I am asking from her what happened she always say nothing. This is the 3rd case this condition is happening with me. Few months back another girl approached me on instagram and she is my classmate but after texting for 2-3 days she also started avoiding text messages. I think I am bad at texting. If this happens every time then I will remain single.

Please give me some tips for successful dating advice and things I have to improve

I am 27 (M) and have never been in a relationship and no female friends. I am ghosted by girls during the talking phase. Two months back i found my college friend and initially 3 to 4 days things were going good, we are meeting and enjoying our company but out of sudden she stopped talking to me without giving closure. Same thing happened to me now I found one girl in a friend's marriage we talked on call for 2- 3 hours and everything seems great, I met him and enjoyed our day exploring cafes and after meeting we talked for 2 -3 days and she ghosted me and not picking my calls and not replying my messages. I am not able to comprehend what went wrong in all cases I have not crossed the boundary during meeting and talked with respect.

I am overthinking about myself and this leads to depression and not being able to focus on my work. My self confidence has become so low that I am not able to communicate with people.

I am thinking that I should stop all this shit and focus somewhere but when I listen and see my friends story of having 3 to 4 girlfriends and they are enjoying I doubt myself and this loop never stopped
