This is my default protein from 2 years , Why you guys want taste in your protein powder?

Its just 300-400ml water , just chug it down !

My main sources of protien are - 8eggs, 250 gram breast and 2 scoops of Asitis Soy protein !

Wrapped 2m WS2812B on a 6 inch PVC pipe and mouted it instead of E-27 Bulb.

i keep them in a big tub in an air conditioner room and they are good up to 15 days.

My diet consist of 8 eggs a day, I buy 30x6 Eggs at 1000 from a local poultry .

• Cauliflower (600 g): 150 kcal
• Green peas (50 g): 42 kcal
• Tomato (1 medium): 22 kcal
• Oil spray (2 sprays): 10–18 kcal

Total : ≈224 kcal, add protein of your choice

Method -

Grate,dice or pulse the cauliflower into rice-sized pieces.

Cook the onion in a little oil (add a splash of water if needed), then add the mince, peas, and chopped tomatoes.

Season well and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Stir in the cauliflower, then pour in 250 ml water mixed with spices of your choice,(lal mirch,dhaniya powder and turmeric and garam masala)

Mix everything together and simmer for 15–20 minutes
