A 10kg plate fell on my foot in gym😫😭
So abhi me 6 bje gym gya tha apne friend or aaj hamara chest day tha toh hum warm up krke decline bench press ke pass gye vahn road me pahle se weight lga hua tha toh me or mera friend weight hatane lage jab me ek side ka weight remove kr rha tha toh me ek sath 10 kg ki 3 plate lagi hi thi toh me unhe ek sath nikal rha tha nikalte waqt jo last plate thi vo jooth ker mere pair ke thumb pe gir gai mene shose pahen rakhe the fir bhi mujhe feel ho gya tha ki kuch bahut bura ho gya hai jese hi main apne friend ko bataya or shose utara toh dekha ki thumb pura blood se bheeng gya tha or naakhoon pura bhar aa gya tah halka atka hua tha fir me apne dost ke sath doctor ke pass gya or docter vo nail nikal gya 😭 sach batun toh bahut dard hua esa feel hua kisi ne jan booch ker mera nakoon nikal diya ho nakoon nikalne ke baad pura thum red ho gya tha fir docter se pta nahi kon si dawai lagi lagi itni tez jalan Hui jitna nakhoon nikalne me bhi nahi hui fir docter ne patti ki or dawai leke mere friend ne mujhe ghar chhod diya ab bahut dard ho rha hai pair ke nakhoon me 🤧 please pray for me ki jaldi theek ho jaye 😓🙏🏼❤️🩹
