Man i am so confused | Please Help

I already have the Realme Wireless Buds 3 ANC (neckband), and honestly they’re pretty good — great noise cancellation, solid sound quality, and the mic is decent too. But after shifting to Delhi, I’ve noticed almost everyone around me in offices and public places uses TWS earbuds or wired earphones, so wearing a neckband sometimes feels a bit awkward.

Now I’m thinking of buying earbuds, but I’ve also heard that Apple wired EarPods have really good mic quality and balanced sound. I mainly listen to hip-hop, Indian classical, and folk music, and I also take calls regularly, so mic quality is extremely important for me.

The main reason I’m considering earbuds is the convenience and freedom — especially while working away from my phone. I’ve also checked out the Portronics Conch Theta C.

My budget is around ₹2,000–₹3,000. One thing is, I’ve watched a lot of reviews of almost every TWS in this range, and honestly none of the mic samples sound properly good to me. I don’t know if reviewers record them badly or if I’m just being too picky.

So what should I go for — TWS earbuds or wired earphones? And please suggest some genuinely good options with strong mic quality and decent audio in this budget.

A few months ago I was completely dependent on doing a water enema every single day just to have a bowel movement. It had become my normal. Without it, or without some kind of laxative, I basically wouldn’t go at all.

Then I moved to a new city with my cousin, and suddenly taking an enema daily wasn’t really practical. So I went without it for about a week, expecting the worst. Surprisingly, my body started having normal bowel movements on its own, usually around 8–9 AM every day.

It still doesn’t feel like I’m completely “clean” afterward, but compared to where I was before, this is a huge shift. Earlier I literally couldn’t function without external help.

I think switching to a carnivore diet may have played a role in getting me here, because that was one of the biggest changes I made. But despite that improvement, I still haven’t gained any weight at all.

That’s the part confusing me now.

If my digestion is somewhat better, why am I still struggling to put on weight? I’m Indian, so I’m also trying to figure out what kind of foods or approach would actually help me gain healthy weight without messing up the bowel progress I’ve made.

Has anyone dealt with something similar, especially after long-term enema/laxative dependence? And what worked for you in terms of both gut recovery and weight gain?

I’ve been in Delhi for 4 months now, near the Violet Line, working as a software engineer at a startup. Life has mostly been work, home, repeat. I live alone, so I rarely have anyone to talk to or go out with, which has made me stay in my comfort zone.

Lately, I’ve been feeling like I should try new things, explore cool places, and make life a little less repetitive. The city is huge, but I’ve barely experienced it.

For people who’ve been in a similar situation, what would you suggest? Any underrated places, activities, or ways to meet people in Delhi without it feeling awkward doing it solo? ---imkf
