Are they too big?

Since the wide and extra wide shoes are not in store here I ordered Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 extra wide in size 12 (EU46) online after recommendation from Google Gemini based on my foot length and width.
Got recommended this shoe based on my flat feet and wide feet.

I have a 28,5 cm length and 10,5 cm wide foot.
Now the big toe has a thump in between, the other toes have much more room and I have a little give in the side.
I could feel the arch support a little, is it supposed to be like this or maybe I need a neutral shoe instead like the ghost?

Never ordered wide shoes before and just started because my foot doctor recommended it because it should help with my PF.
Should I order a wide instead of extra wide (2E instead of 4E) and even go down to size 11,5 (EU 45,5) or is it good do have this much room?

Got PF and AT from my shoes. What shoes to buy ?

I am in the market of getting shoes that fit my needs.
I have plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis at the same time…
My feet are flat, wide (I think I need at least 2E maybe 4E) and I have a low arch.

And if I look at my shoe wear it looks like I mildly supinate (under pronate or what it is called) but that seems to be because of the my flat feet mixed with my low arch. Because when I run, I mildly overpronate according to my physician.

Now I have used neutral shoes (adidas ultraboost and Nike air max 90) but I recently found out that my heel hurts because of the these narrow shoes. I use these shoes for casual wear and use asics Glorify 5 or Nimbus 27 for running.

I tried to use the nimbus to walk in but my PF got even worse because of the so soft cushioning that my heels felt like the sunk in to the shoe. So the Nimbus rarely gets used. I have to use it now because my Achilles hurt a lot so I use a heel cup in the Nimbus for the time being and it gives some pain relief for my heel.

According to AI (Gemini, ChatGPT and Copilot) the wear of the shoe is because of my flat feet mixed a low arch so I should still try a stability shoe (Brooks Adrenaline) because of the type of stability the guiderails.

Any shoe recommendation for flat feet with low arch to help relief my PF?

What type of shoe do I need?

Any shoe recommendation for flat feet with low arch ?

EDIT: should have added that I don’t run in ultraboost 1.0 and Nike air max 90, everyday shoes. I ran in ASICS Glorify 5 (some Culumus rebrand I think). Forgot to add that part…..

New pair of ultraboost 1.0 tight

Bought a new pair of ultraboost 1.0. Same size as my old one. Both are size 12.
This was the last model here in Sweden that I found. It seems that all 1.0 are sold out….

My old pair (the right one) is from 2024 so both should be the same model.
I know the primeknit stretches but these feel a lot tighter and specially with my orthotics insole that I need for my Plantar fasciitis.
It’s tight up on the front and my toes seem to reach the front as well.
Wore them today and it felt off. I have a wide foot but I always liked the ultraboost 1.0.
If they weren’t sold out I would have tried a bigger size.
My old pair I have worn about every day so they are very used.

Why I am thinking of returning them is that they were about 200$ and that’s a lot for shoes that feel uncomfortable out of the box……
