Why did i get assigned?
I have some nvda shares. Ive been selling some covered calls for extra income. I just got assigned on some July2 212.5s! Why did someone exercise that when nvda is trading at less than 200?

2025 was the year i lost 40 pounds. 2026 is the year I build some muscles. Haven't been this fit since i was 19.

Age 49M, lost 40 pounds from 202 to 162 a year ago. Been working on gaining more muscle as i get leaner. Im pleased with my progress, but now noticing a pronounced sternum? Am i cooked or what should i do to gain a chest that will help hide this middle bump?
