I don't know why I don't see this picked more often. Survival items in general are underrated, but please, if you're going against a Freja with bola build, AP Mei, full AP Torpedo Juno together etc and you're dying a lot, PLEASE just spend the cash for it. Not only will you not get one shot as often but the damage reduction means your supports will have less to heal on you, freeing them up for if someone else is super low as well.

That's just my little vent/rant I guess as someone who is always having to tell my team about that item (and Reflex Coating for Doom)
