I booted through a flash disk which had windows 11 and did a clean install, all drivers and g helper as well, now its at like 60 degrees in silent mode 20w and i am unable to draw on it or rest my hand on the display. I've been looking into this for hours what am i missing

this is my current setup right now with the x13 and after 2 years, the thermal issues have gotten so bad that i have to use a cooling stand constantly. does the z13 also have throttling problems? and does it perform well when its connected to dock and a main display? its impossible to play competetive games on this one because of the input lag, and no g sync support
