Possible foster fail if our grumpy tortie can get over her hatred of all cats other than her brother!

I went on a fun vacation with my husband a few weeks ago. Did some hiking (and some sweating), swam in a swimming hole, hiked in my very wet bikini top, took a while to dry off.

Then I started to get little red spots on my trunk after getting home.

And then I got bit DEEP by a kitten. So I did a week of prophylactic antibiotics. And all hell broke loose.

My skin is TERRIBLE. I cannot overstate how bad it is right now. I’m 99% sure it’s fungal given everything, so right now I’m doing 5 mins of Nizoral in the shower on the affected areas, doing an oral probiotic, and I just bought some sulfur/zinc oxide soap. I also found research saying UV helps, so I sunned my back and chest for 5-10 minutes today.

Unfortunately derms are crazy booked out, so I’m not optimistic about getting an oral anti fungal.

Does anyone have any advice for this kind of outbreak?

Update: Teledoc prescribed me a 2% Ketoconazole cream to use. Hurray!
