I did read many various cultivation novels, in basically every novel there are Realms that called Heavenly God/Deity or something, in Douluo Dalu after level 100 it is God Cultivation, but they are super weak compared to normal cultivation worlds. So, my doubt about their power level is that some people say that they are 11D Beings, I absolutely don't believe it. Are there any proofs of it? Because I think it was actually author of Douluo who said it. I absolutely don't see any character in Douluo compared to Mr. Mxyzptlk, who exists in 5th dimension and being 11D Being would mean that they can control reality on incredible level
