KFC Chicken Has Become Significantly Smaller

Has anyone noticed that sizes of KFC UK peices have become significantly smaller in past few months.

Recently chicken peices have been & still are significantly smaller. I believe that KFC buys chicken in by weight.

KFC can increase profitability for buying in chicken of same weight but more smaller peices. As they sell chicken peices for same price regardless of weight they can make more profit.

As a result customers will get less chicken for their money. Furthermore as KFCs cooking timers are not adjusted for weight smaller peices become overcooked, tougher, stringy & less succulent.

However I decided I will go & eat elsewhere such as Favorite Chicken whose chicken is excellent.

I enclosed a photo from April 2025 & another from KFC peices a year later & a third photo of rivals Favorite chicken.

Used to win a lot of chicken on KFCs Arcade Game on their app. At least a prize every other turn but recently two losses then a win & now a third loss.

I’m wondering if this game is rigged by headquarters to reduce number of free prizes thus saving the company money.

Has anyone had a similar experience??
