My fissures are result of diarrhea not constipation leading to very painful outer rectum and raw skin.

When I put nifidipine ointment it burns as hell. Any advise? Thanks!

Works for me to heal anal fissure. Not a medical doctor but it’s a game changer compared to using Vaseline.
