Alerts Don’t Work

Anyone else have this problem? I have alerts set up for a couple accounts to alert me when they post or go on live. My settings on TT allow for alerts, as do the settings on my phone. I don’t know how to fix this. Still I almost never receive alerts. Once, many many months ago, I got an alert but the post was like 3 days old. Any tips on how to fix this?

Monaco During the Weekday after GP

I visited Monaco two years ago for the Grand Prix but left right after the race. I’ve always wondered what Monaco is like the day or two after the race. Is there still a nightlife on Monday and Tuesday? When do the tourists clear out? Is Monaco back to “normal” for those who live there?
