Good Hardware Keys/Modules for Chiptune?

Hello! Obligatory this-looks-wack-because-mobile, now into the good info.

I've become comfortable with playing keys recently, especially live, and it's something i'd like to continue into a new project that relies on chiptune sounds (to do decidedly non chiptune things). I suppose my question is if anyone has found any hardware synthesisers/modules that work well in this manner.

So far, I can think of:

-Elektron Analog Four/Keys

-Elektron Digitone

-Korg MS2000/MicroKorg

If anyone has any other suggestions i'd love to hear!

Hello All! Seemingly can't get away from the advice here. Apologies for formatting, mobile loves to be like this.

I've recently got myself into a bit of trouble (if you could call it that) and am looking for some advice. Currently studying music composition, and a part of the course is mandatory gigging, which is actually great, but recently i've pivoted away from just using my laptop (made for a boring live show) to using hardware synths, pedals and loopers to create improvised ambient sets. Previously i'd used whatever I could borrow, mainly Microkorgs (which were fine but i like being able to change parameters more easily in real time) and the Behringer Pro-800 and Pro-1 mainly (a bit flimsy and tuning was never amazing). Despite their flaws i enjoyed the sound of both, and they worked.

Onto my dilemma. If/when I do use software i'd be using Ableton's Drift and, moving forward into hardware, the Microkorg/Pro-800/Pro-1. I only ever used quite simple patches as well, so i'm not looking for super intense modulation capabilities or anything like that, just good tone, better stability and a more robust form factor. I'd love to keep using analog or virtual analog synths for this project, especially as I start booking my own gigs, and have decided on either of these two.

So, for those who have experience with both of these, which would you pick? And for those who only have one, what do you like about it? They're priced very similarly where I live so it'd just be feature set and sound.
