Hi! Im new here and im itchy.

This has been going on for about a year, and I've been trying like hell to figure out what it is. I got a phone where I can google image search, and it brought me here. Does this look like the thing to you guys? It begins with a simple like "oh my arm itches, let me scratch it.", and my skin responds with fire and brimstone. Most intense itching ive ever felt. Til about 10-15 minutes later, its over and my skin is clear again.
