Is anyone having this issue? When I log into SAW and click my services and click the service for FMLA the browser gets stuck on collecting device information and then times out?

I have tried the following:
Restarting my device
Updating my browser
Multiple different browsers
Clearing cache and cookies
Typed in all my information
Multiple different devices (even tried on my husbands)
Changing password
Tried at different times (last night, this morning)

Any advice? Has anyone had this issue, how did they get past it? I wrote a ticket to them and they just said to do things I have already done. I responded but I imagine I won’t hear back for a while.
