These will honestly destroy you. Made for a coworker. 8 reapers and 4 ghost peppers…per jar

Help with identity

Found today in San Antonio, Texas on the Leon Creek bed way. Been collecting for a while but I’m at a loss at what this is, never encountered one until now. Any help appreciated

Pickles!
4 habanero peppers
4 Serrano peppers
2 TBSP dill weed
3 stems fresh dill (optional)
Mini cucumbers (halves are the most popular and what I’ve decided to stick with, they take the flavor the best)
1 TBSP red pepper flakes

Add everything to the jar before you do the brine. Stuff it very compact with a spatula or fork or whatever you have available. Then add all the seasonings on top of it. Important step.

-Brine-
2 cups white distilled vinegar
1/2 cup water
3.5 TBSP pickling salt (it’s very cheap, regular table salt really sucks for this, do not use)
4 TBSP regular sugar

Bring the vinegar, water, salt and sugar to a rolling boil for 2 minutes, pour slowly over the top of your jars. Let sit 30 minutes. Fridge. Done.

**edit** this recipe makes exactly one 32 oz jar, down to the drop.
