I have a 1,200 sq. ft. 2BR/2BA home that is 90% complete, but my schedule is currently at capacity. I’m looking for a handy, reliable individual to tackle the finishing touches in exchange for housing.

The Work:

Interior & exterior painting

Backsplash and fireplace tile installation

Deep cleaning (post-drywall repair)

Estimated timeline: A week or 2 to complete the items.

I will help as my bandwidth permits.

Ideally, you dont have too much to move in since the home is in need of paint and the more you move in, the more difficult this becomes.

The Trade:

You get a private 2BR/2BA home to yourself. This is a great opportunity for someone who needs a fresh start or a place to stay while moving to Colorado.

When finished, home will rent for about 2200 a month. Willing to discuss renting for someone reliable that completed the work.
