Anyone have issues getting into POC-ERP with speeding tickets on their record ?

Just heard back for those concerned about having to go through the dodmerb process again. Talked to the ROTC program managers themselves and they said that the form 422 will suffice and a dodmerb is NOT needed if you get selected for POC-ERP.

I cannot speak for the other programs but i’m assuming if you’re doing an enlisted to commission program it’s probably accurate

Will I get medically disqualified from the POC-ERP program if I have depression/anxiety and currently on meds?

I plan to apply this upcoming timeframe but i’m seeing people on reddit saying they’re getting med dq’d for having the same issues but seems like they’re not prior enlisted.

I don’t have any waivers and I’m not getting med boarded because they don’t deem it an issue with my performance. Sooooo?

I am trying to apply for POC-ERP to transition from Enlisted to Officer. I was wondering what y'all think is a desirable GPA, as my GPA is a 3.909. What are my chances of getting selected?
