Daiya cheese sauce, bettergoods vegan shreds, papa John’s garlic sauce

Purchased from walmart. I used to loveee these as a kid happy to learn they’re vegan!

Mixed flax egg and chickpea flour to make a “tortilla”

These are so yummy , I got them from a local convenience store

not rinsed, but slightly drained, microwave then add ketchup, nutritional yeast, garlic and onion powder, and salt

English muffin, morning star patty

Dinner- Morningstar sausage on a English muffin with grape jelly and candied jalepenos

Dessert- pbj banana dog and Dr Pepper

Also had a nectarine 10/10 lunch

Instant mashed potatoes, beyond chicken, corn, better goods vegan shreds, and buffalo pretzel goldfish

Kashi blueberry crunch cereal, jj apple pie, mini pb Oreos, mini belvita bites, and almond milk
