I've been house hunting for the last 5 days straight and honestly, I'm exhausted. I have short listed houses from FB groups, reddit communities, housing apps, also physically walked and called all the ‘to-let’ signs and still no luck.

I'm physically visiting 10-12 houses every day across HSR, Kudlu, Harlur, and nearby areas, but I just can't seem to find a good place. Most houses are either tiny, poorly ventilated, don't get any sunlight, or are packed into tightly constructed layouts with no breathing space.

My budget is ₹25-30k for a 1 or 2 bhk, and I'm willing to stretch to ₹35k for a good gated society if the house is genuinely worth it.

The biggest thing I'm looking for is a well-ventilated home with natural light. My current place lacks both, and that's exactly what I'm trying to move away from.

I currently live in HSR Sector 3, and HSR remains my first preference, but I'm open to Kudlu, Harlur, and nearby areas for the right place.

What's making this even more frustrating is that so many listings look great online, but when you actually visit, the reality is completely different or something feels off.

If anyone has any leads, knows of a vacancy, or can connect me with a reliable owner/broker, I'd genuinely appreciate the help. Also, any idea on how to reach out to the owners/property managers of gated societies like Cadenza, etc? As they do have flats for rent but not available to public, heard it works as referral for the current tenants. Please help.
