My budget is 2L can push max 2.15L

I haven't have alot bike riding experience, this is first time I'm planning to get bike needed your suggestions with your experience.

My preferences Comfortable first, Daily city commute

,Casually long ride (haven't tried), good road presence (could be manageable comfortable ride is priority)

Not liking the dirt bike type.
