Started this app as a small side project, and it recently crossed 2,000+ installs on Google Play! 🎉

I’m a solo developer, so getting the first 2K users feels pretty special. I initially built the app mainly as a learning project, but after publishing it, I started experimenting with Play Store listing improvements, ASO, screenshots, and small UI/UX changes based on user feedback.

The growth has been gradual rather than coming from one big marketing push. I’m still learning a lot about retention, monetization, and how to actually get people to discover an app.

It’s definitely still a small number compared to bigger apps, but seeing that graph go from a few hundred users to 2K+ is honestly motivating. 🚀

Sharing this mainly to document the journey and hopefully learn from other developers here. What would you focus on next after reaching the first 2K installs?
