Need Advice & a PG| Shifting to Pune in 7days

Hey guys, I will be shifting to Pune in under 7days. I have a internship there for 2months and I was considering PG's (Male or Unisex) only atp as a flat won't make sense Obv.

My office is in Baner and I was thinking Hinjewadi Phase 1 would be a better choice as cheaper (maybe Gemini says so compared to Baner), also a new Metro line is opening too maybe by the end of August'2026 from Hinjewadi to Bilekwadi (or smth), so it will ease up commute i think so (What do you guys think).

I want to look for some PG's and some good one's. My budget is around 13k max for Single Sharing but would love it under 10k if possible.

Can you guys suggest some good PG (new ones please) and also shed some light on the metro situation. Also what all things to look out for before booking a PG and also the deposit situation too. I have a relative who can go visit the PG in-person so that part is sorted but need some PG to target.

Would really appreciate your help. Thanks in Advance🙃.
