Rate my 2 years card portfolio

All cards are LTF except SBI Cashback(Rs. 1000) and ICICI Sapphiro(FYF). Have three debit cards as well which give 6 Lounge access per quarter combined. Salary account with Axis Bank. Any card recommendations or re shuffling suggestions are welcome.

Current Cibil: 784

Age: 23 M

Monthly income: 90k WFH

Monthly expenses: Mostly expenditure on protein 4-6k monthly, 2-3k on skin care for my sister/me, 5k medicines for my mom/dad/grand maa, 1.5k gas recharge, 2-3k on groceries on reliance smart/jiomart, More Store. Occasionally movies and electricity bill payments 10-15k.

Airport visits 2-3 times a year. Lounge is sorted by debit cards only. Book tickets using Amazon pay.
