Hii, guys! I saw some random posts about some people having issues with packages stuck in Japan. Do any of you have updates or information about what could be happening?

I'm from South America and mine have been stuck in "Arrival at the outward office of exchange" in Tokyo international airport since June 9. And usually it's dispatched on the same day. People from other countries also seem to be having issues with this!

I also spoke to my personal shopper and she said a guy who works there made some calls and just said "it's on the way". But stuck for 24 days? 😭 I really don't know what to do or what's really happening, anyone knows?
