Hi there,

I am exploring different options for a 5 Marla house (preferably) or 5 Marla plot on ferozpur Road.

I want to get an opinion of some experts and suggestions as well on two big projects on the same road. One is Central Park, and the second is LDA City.

The things I am concerned about:

1. Distance from the main city - especially Model Town.

2. Quality of life.

3. Secure investment. Want to avoid files based scams and want to have something that has possession available on spot.

4. Availability of basic life necessities like food, electricity, gas, security, school and colleges, overall educated neighborhood, clean water, health care, etc

5. How serious is society administration regarding good management and resolving any issues if they arise (like water sanitation in extreme rains, controlling over hiked prices of basic things, etc)

Any guidance would be highly appreciated!
