Guys, may I know your thoughts on what to choose between these 2 jobs. I was offered a full time position for an international company here in PH. But I'm already working as a VA part time. Btw, graduate ako ng accounting last year lang and di ko pa nagamit yung degree ko to any accounting related jobs bc im in ecommerce niche. Here's their salary offer:

VA Job:

4hrs/day work
35k monthly
Fully remote & flexible
w/ potential salary increase
No HMO
No work, no pay
No benefits
3x/week meeting w/ client

Int'l company offer:

8hrs a day
32k gross salary
Hybrid 3x/week RTO
9-6pm
with HMO & life insurance
with allowances
free transpo pauwi
accounting related work
supportive environment
nice experience for future acctg related roles
career growth
