International student applying to PH uni.. i need thoughts/Suggestions!

Hi! So im looking into ph universities as a fellow SEAsian. Ive recently applied to FEU Manila, but im seeing very mixed opinions on it ? Does anyone have any experience/opinions for the feu bsc applied math (data science specialization)? And is it in english? I worry as i dont speak tagalog

Im also wprried ab the feucat? Some have said its just formality so idk.. and some ppl have said theres stuff ab history and science? Both subjects i dont currently take in school.. idk what to expect. I also have to fly to the PH just to take the exam so its a big commitment for me atleast 😅

im looking for a more open/inclusive community, pref w decent facilities.

And also ones that have applied maths. Because from my research there isnt alot, and id prefer real feedback and opinions from students that have personally been there rather than just reading into their site.

If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know! Im rlly looking forwards to continuing my education :)

International student here. Need more insight on FEU-CAT and FEU Manila student life

Hi! Im an international student, also from SEA but looking to study in PH.

I've looked into FEU, and:

  1. I'd like opinions on it. I'm looking to major in applied mathematics(BSc) if that makes any difference. Hows uni life there like and hows the lectures and what are the profesors like? And i hear its atleast somewhat queer friendly? Can anyone confirm?

  2. I still have to pay for the FEU-CAT but i'd like to know thoughts regarding the 1st question and i'd like to know the coverage + requirements? Since i have to travel to the PH just to take the exam and i'm asking around before i commit.

Because in my current school(UK curriculum) we're allowed to pick which subjects we want to do (min and max is 4 subjects.) And i dont take science. So if science is a requirement, i might pick a date thats further away so i can catch up on some basics and whatnot.

Edit: Wanted to ask if there are any other suggestions for unis in PH for BSc applied mathematics too :)

(Sorry if i used the wrong flair! I wasnt sure which to use.)
