Hello, I am in great need of advice and would appreciate help from experts 😭

I'm helping a family member move out and among the things we need to pack up, there is this old foldable camera, a Zecanar-Anastigmat. It belonged to my great-grandfather. I tried closing it but it won't budge and I don't want to accidentally damage it.

(Apologies to all camera enthusiasts; I know it's very dusty)
