Bybit Rejected USDT Recovery from Morph Network — But Their Docs Say They Recover Unsupported Deposits
Sent 5,999.9 USDT to my Bybit address on Morph network (my mistake). Transaction went through successfully and is confirmed on-chain.
Bybit support rejected recovery twice saying "Morph is not supported." But I found their official Asset Recovery Form (https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Unsupported-Deposit-Recovery-Procedure-Rules) which says unsupported deposits ARE recoverable with a $200 fee.
Key point: Morph is EVM-compatible (same tech as Polygon/Arbitrum). This isn't a technical impossibility—it's a policy issue.
Transaction confirmed on-chain, funds are verifiable. Has anyone dealt with Bybit recovery for EVM-compatible chains? Or have insight on escalating beyond the template responses?
