Something I found interesting was the slight inspiration from the goonies I found in the movie Obsession. I could be completely wrong, but “One eyed Willy” and the “One eyed Willow” sound oddly similar. Also this scene when Mouth is describing his wish, it seems very similar to the scene when Bear is admittedly talking to Ian about his wish being real. The score in the background seems super light and familiar as well. Not saying Barker even used the Goonies for reference, but maybe he liked that movie as a kid and it was a subconscious thing. Thoughts?
