Uneven snatch
Hi! I've been injured for about a year and I have seen a physical therapist and my injury is mostly gone. Slowly but surely getting back to weightlifting, but at decently heavy weight I notice I've got a big discrepancy between my left and right side. I do not want to go back to my physical therapist because of financial reasons (I'm a college student). Has anyone of you experienced the same? If so, what did you do to mitigate/resolve the issue?
