If you aren't logged in to the account and trying to access the chat from the app, follow these steps: Open the 888 app and click on the top left menu button: Click on “Help Centre” At the bottom of the help tab that opens, you'll find the same “Message Us” icon. Não vai, aparece essa mensagem.
Já tentei resetar a senha 3 vezes.
