im considering getting a pet salamander, and overall spotted salamanders seem ideal for what i want, but ive been reading mixed reports on how often keepers see their spotted salamanders out in the open. i know tiger salamanders are generally more bold in this way, i was wondering what keepers of spots have experienced

Im sure all c cyaneopubescens slings have similar patterns but i just noticed this on mine
Im pretty sure i already know the answer, but from my experience (in my region atleast) this guys pretty unique and very cool looking. The reddish and orangish hues are not quite as visible in the photos. Just wondering if its worth culturing
