Has anyone suffered from painful tennis toe injuries? Is there anything that can be done to treat this without pausing playing tennis? I got checked with a doctor and she recommended me to change my shoes and stop playing tennis for few weeks which I really can’t.

For context: I switched to Adidas from asics mainly to get better durable soles. While the shoe durability is better, it has led to severe tennis toes on both my feet.
